Can somebody please help how to request for Medical File Notes for my dependent?
Should I select the Medical File in the Access to Information Request or I would select for Permanent Residence application?

GCMS will have more information that the medicals I believe.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I already requested for my electronic file notes then I believe I still need to request for my daughter's medical notes. Is that the proper way?
