hello
I landed in March 2006 but because of lots of problem I Had to go back to my country .My PR CARD was expired in april 2011 ,And some months later I applied for a travel document and as so I expected my application was refused . I made an appeal against residency obligation and finally I won due to humanitarian and compassionate ground.I Got a travel document and Now I Have come Canada again and want to live permanently.
Now I am wondering if I should wait at least 730 days to apply for PR card renewal (because I actually have been 0!!! days in Canada in recent 5 years) or I can apply just now with "notice of decision" letter which tell that I Have not lose my permanent status??

I have asked some agents of CIC by telephone and everybody say different! :o :o :o :( :( :( :(

If you were approved under H&C then you can renew your PR card immediately.

Thanks a lot.I have another question. In appendix A ,for proof of residency in last 5 years they need all copy of passport pages in last 5 years and the translations.Do I need to do that although I actually have not been in Canada in last 5 years and do not want to prove my residence in last 5 years????

I would just include a cover letter explaining how you won your appeal and be sure to include the documentation of that.

Hi siavash

Hello there, I just wanted to confirm what you had said previously. Can I successfully renew my pr card immediately after returning to Canada by winning the residency appeal on H&C Grounds. I have not spent any days in Canada before when I had first got my pr card.
