How to Remove Medical Conditions from Work Permit

Please HELP. Its URGENT!
I have some questions on how to fill certain questions in IMM5710e to remove medical condition from work permit.

1. Section 3- I am applying for one or more of following:

1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3. Restore my status as a worker
4. Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

What to choose?

2. Section- Details of Intended Work in Canada

Do I fill my current employer details here? I am working temporary full-time (till Jul 2025) job as a Project Coordinator in a project ending Jul 2025 at Fraser Health. I am currently on an open PGWP.

What do i add in this section?

I also have same question. So what did you choose and what's processing time?

I went to a lawyer and he did that for me- submitted the online application.

Okay Thank you for replying. Did you try to get wp from border?

yes, i did. Its only IRCC who deals which such changes.

Okay, It is not useful to go to border to the conditons removed. I did my medical last week on jan 25,2024. So I think its better to apply online or wait for 2-3 weeks to go to border to get conditons removed. As medical taked 2-3 weeks to be updated to IRRC. Please let me know if you any other information. So did you get the wp from border or not?

you may go to the border if you want but its not useful. they dont change it over there
