I need some help. I had applied for my husband over 1 year now, his daughter is on the application as accompany him to Canada. They did medical and past, they requested for a DNA sample and it was done, unfortunately the DNA came back and she is not my husband child. 0%. He was not aware that she was not his child, he cried about this situation. Now he wants to remove her from his application, how do we go about that and what form should he sign to have her removed?

IRCC will probably remove her from the application for you. Wait for the official response from the visa office. You may receive a Procedural Fairness Letter from them.
