There's no special immigration stream for Americans. You would follow the same process as anyone else to apply. Information about Canada's immigration programs can be found here:

There are a number of different programs each with different criteria. I would recommend you focus on Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker and the NB Provincial Nomination program.
I would also recommend that you look into taking the English test as soon as you can and also have your education assessed.
