How to refund GIC from scotia bank ?

My friend visa got rejected& she wanna get back her money from soctia bank .she only fill 1 refund form of 4 pages at the scotia bank site. So is this enough to refund the money ?or will do something else?

If your friend has completely filled the refund form, that Scotia Bank provided online. Then he/she just have to seat back and wait for a reply from Scotia Bank within couple of days/weeks to confirm that your refund request was successful or not, in which case you will be given further guidance from them.
