How to read this report from WES-- Please help

I go the below report from WES. How many points will i get for education? Will this be considered as 2 or more degrees?

1. First degree -> Canadian Equivalency- Bachelor's degree (four year)
Credential- Bachelor of Engineering
2. Second degree -> Canadian Equivalency- Two years of post-secondary study at a non-recognized institution
Credential - Post graduate Diploma

What is your overall Canadian equivalency? If that shows Bachelors, you will have to choose Bachelors.
