How to provide proof for different names in documents?

Hi,

I have received my invitation and want tp proceed with uploading all the required documents. Please note that my documents (educational, employment and identification) have different combinations of my name. Even though all are names which I have used, in the past, for these documents I am assuming I would have to send some proof for this.

1. I wanted to know how to get this proof ?and
2. How to send this proof to them?

Please note I am residing in India. Thank you for all the help and support.

Get a copy of the court order in case you did indeed change your name , have it translated if it was not written in English.

If it's different due to order of combination of family name and given name, a notary would suffice. You could add it along with the documents where your name is different from that on your application.

Yes they would perfectly suffices. I would hire a lawyer at your country of presence to generate a perfectly legible format of your claim and have it notarized and certified by whomever is responsible for doing so.
