How to Prove that I've been in Canada for at least 12 months...

Hi,guys,

In the check list of skilled worker class, it asks me to show the proof of residing in canada for at least 12 months...i've been here for seven years...but not sure what should be used as the "proof"....

anther question, I did coop full time one year jobs in my undergraduate, and now i am working on my master degree. Just wanna double check that my coop experience does count as my work experience, right?
