how to prove family tie

how to prove family tie for visa. I will apply if i get TA or RA. Then for visa i will submit
1. Acceptance letter
2.proof of the scholarship.
3.my father's bank statement
4. His job certificate, salary.
5. Family questionnaire
I have no job.
Is these documents are okay. Also if i got a funding that wht documents are needed?

Was'nt your reason of refusal, that "you will not leave the country after completing your studies"?
Or was it mentioned that you have weak family tie?

yes my reason of refusal was that " i did not convince the embassy that i will leave the country after completing my studies
and this was because the family ties
if i showed them my family Properties maybe i would got my visa
so family ties means you have to show your family Properties such as business or shops or lands ..............
