Hi guys, need some advice. My girlfriend and I have been together for 5 years now. We have:
1) a joint bank account since Dec 2015,
2) nominated each other as the beneficiary of our insurance policies and
3) several holiday trips together (passport stamps?)
The only problem is that we do not have proof of us actually staying together for 12 consecutive months. Same-sex relationship is not recognised in my country and we both live in our own parents' house. Weekdays I stay at her place and weekends, she stays at my place. This has been going on since Jun 2016 but we have no proof.

You have to have been living together at the same address for at least 12 consecutive months, it can be at more than one address interchangeably as long as both of you have been living at that address/es.
