How to pay RPRF?

All, I tried to find the form for RPRF fees but couldn't able to find one! So how to pay RPRF to Buffalo VO? Iam planning to send chasier's cheque but is there a form that I will have to fill up and send? I have a letter from VO requesting to pay RPRF.

Hi, u can send cashier's check with ur name and reference number on it, u can have a cover letter and attach the cic letter requesting for RPRF.
