Is there any body here know how one can pay the right of permanent resident fee from Iran to Warsaw office in Poland?

 by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.”

Pay to your local Visa office.

It is good to pay the fees by Bank Draft.

In 2005, I paid to Canadian Embassy in Tehran. You can by bank drafts from different banks as well.
