How to organize evidence? Primarily communication logs?

What do people suggest for organizing there communication logs? My significant other and I were engaged in a long distance relationship for about 8 months before living together. We have hundreds of pages of messages together via skype and whatsapp.

Currently I'm copy pasting screen shots of our past chat logs however that can only fit a handful of messages per page, which seems like it would be excessive. Would it be ok to copy and paste directly onto a word document instead?

When I do, the format for copy and pasting comes out as such:

Yes you can paste into word. I showed one or two convos per month and showed both word doc and screenshots.

If you're an American/Canadian couple as your username suggests your burden of proof will not be high.

Honestly, as you're American and have been living together for at least a year now, communication proofs really aren't important. It's more for couples who are currently living apart and need to show ongoing communication. My partner and I had about 3 months long distance before we started living together and didn't bother to include any communication stuff.

Okay, wasn't sure as OP mentioned being engaged and then that they lived together.

Thank you for all your responses. Sorry for the delayed response, but we are not currently married and are applying via outland as I the applicant am an American and she the sponsor is Canadian. Our relationship started long distance with very frequent trips visiting each other in between, and when the opportunity came we moved in together.
