How to Open a Bank Account in a Canadian Bank from SAUDI ARABIA???

I have to open my account in ,CANADA from SAUDI ARABIA to show for statement,as my POF would be of 3 months only.(note 3 or 4 days are less in 3 months)If any one would share as to which would be the bank that gives the best deals from SAUDI ARABIA.
