How to officially update application with change of circumstances

Hey all,

I need to update my already submitted application with a change of circumstances. I had to change my workplace and it affects my application since the position I was working in was a LMIA based permanent position. Therefore I might lose the 600 points. But as far I know I am still qualified.

However. It is very unclear to me how to officially update CIC with that change of circumstances.

Does anyone know how to do that correctly?
