How to obtain Mexican police certificates???

Hi everyone!

Im hoping someone can help. Im trying to find out how to obtain mexican police certificates from toronto. my husband and i are applying for sponsorship and we are unable to travel to mexico to get these certificates. Mexican embassy in toronto is closed until monday but everytime we call we are sent to someones voicemail and they never return our call.

It would be helpful if someone can tell us the process to get this paperwork done.

What the website doesn't say is that as of February this year there have been changes in the way the PGR processes PCC requests for applicants who are outside Mexico. I don't know what the changes are and no information has been made public, but I can tell you what we read in our GMCS notes. There was an email exchange between our visa office and CIC in Mexico City and the Mexican office said that they have not processed PCC requests sent in or after February-March because of these changes.

So be prepared for a long wait.

my partner was living in Mexico and it was a nightmare for him to get it there. Go to your MP and ask for assistance in this matter.
