Very excited to say that I got my PPR email this afternoon!
I am a little confused about the prepaid return envelope they have requested. I'm from a visa-exempt country, so I am sending passport photocopies, photos and the annex A. They requested a prepaid Xpress-post envelope in order to send back the CoPR.
My question is, do I include all of my documents along with the prepaid envelope inside another Xpress-post envelope? Or am I understanding something wrong.
Any help at all would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you!

First of all, congratulations. And you just need to include a pre-paid return envelope (do not write anything on it and keep the tracking number) along with copy of passport, Annex A and photo. Put everything within another Xpress Post envelop and you should be all set.
