how to know RPRF encashed or not....

hi, my medicals and other documents (PCC, RPRF Fees, forms, etc) were sent on 11th Feb by my consultant (dont know when it was received by CHC). I went to HDFC bank to check whether my DD has been encashed or not. They said they have no means to check the status of DD. I want to know what is the other way to check this information, as I have seen in this form that some members tell the date when DD was encashed. Moreover, after sending the documents how long do they take to encash the DD, in my case it has been only 17 days.

If "Medical Received" line is appeared in ecas then u cn assume that DD encashed.

After that hardly in 30-45 days u wl get DM status.

latest scenario, MR line is nt updates, directly DM in e-cas nd 3-10 days PPT rcd @ hme, pls talk 2 ur HDFC bank RM, he shall help u with dd encashed details.

he is right, you need to contact Branch manager or operations manager.

What is the Implication of Ecas Status "Medical Results have been received", I have following questions

1. Does it means that Medical Results Received by Otawa, and Approved
2. Does it means that Background Check is over, and Security Check Start or Both the checks are over.
3. I received two emails one for Medical Request and other for Updated Docs+RPRF+PCC all together, and as per tracking detail from DMP my medical reached to New Dehli on 13-02-2013 and Updated Docs+RPRF+ PCC+Proof of Medical all together reached to London VO on 18-02-2013, and "Medical Results have been received" line appeared on ECAS on 22-02-2013, It means that they received all docs in addition to Medical or this message indicate only receiving of Medical.
4. What is the wait time of PPR request after "Medical results have been received"
5. If the said Ecas status indicate only receiving of Medical Results, then how i know that my other docs including RPRF they received and En cashed.

Please answer the above questions, that are very important for me.

Dear Satwant,

The Manager / any authorized employee can easily let you know the status of the DD whether it is en cashed or not.

Check with them after 4/5 weeks.

This is totally a wrong statement. My ecash updated as Medical Received, but till date my RPRF has not been encashed.

My "Medical Received" line appeared 4 days before I Sent my package incl RPRF DD. So I guess this is not true.

Medical Results have been received.....just only imply that your medical results not only accepted by Ottawa, Canada but also Seconded......as well as RPRF is concern it has different implications....if you sent it out with application then it has not important significance or if you send it out on VO request ....and once it encashed it means a green signal for PPR....

1-The Bank issuing DD is obligated to confirm encashment on request and i did so
2- Your VO can confirm on request

As per NDVO you got all the things in one go......Updated Docs+PCC+RPRF+Medical+ PP,,,,,but other part of the world is different even in Pakistan PPR requste generated in two steps after Medical.....

When RMO enter Medical info of applicant in GCMS 4.0, it directly access by Ottawa, Canada they check the medical results, they check Quality of Medical info as per standard of CIC if the medical results are as per priscribed standard of CIC Medical they Accept it......then they check result of the medicals and check any serious concerns as per the Admissibility Policy of Canadian Immigration. If they fully statisfied with the results they Seconded the Medical results....and updated on ECAS "Medical Results have been received" at this stage you are 80% okay.....and once the RPRF is encashed you are 90% okay....now the only 10 percent Security Background checks left and you don't have any big Travel History...you will soon get PPR Request and in your Case directly got "Magic Sticker" on your PP.

My spouse have extensive travel history including Pakistan. But we already sent all pages of our passports so they might have checked all the travels. We explicitly sent travel details of Pakistan, Saudi, Dubai with all hotel details etc. So hope they should not take much time. Rest GOD almighty knows more than us.
