How to know if u are eligible for pnp specially OINP

Hi our CRS SCORE is 411 and Main applicant NOC is 0112 (Human Resources)
I want to know how do I apply to OINP in FSW category.

I think when creating the express entry profile, you will be asked to provide your intent to apply to any of the Provincial programs. So that's where you begin.

For Ontario, the minimum CRS Criteria is 400 points. You are eligible to apply under FSW. You need to click on intent to live in Ontario while creating EE or you can change it anytime
