how to initiate the process

This is Nazia Kunwal from Pakistan. I have done Masters in Distance & non Formal Education and working in a private organization As Executive Assistant. My husband is also working in Multinational Organization as Assistant Manager. I have three girls age 10, 4 and 1/2 years. I want to apply for immigeration to Canada. Please guide me how to apply and in which category should i apply. Also i dont know how and where to start the process.
