Hi, I am in a tricky situation and dont know what to do. I received a letter from CIC to submit my passport for stamping. But i got married a couple months ago and did not inform CIC about it. I didnt know i had to at the moment but it is completely my fault. Now the problem is, things didnt work out between me and my partner and we separated. We are not even in talking terms and he is definitely not going to accompany me to canada. How do i present this situation in front of CIC, because if they ask me for any documentations for my husband such as PCC or medical, he is not going to provide me with those. I am kinda stuck, i do not want to loose my Canadian PR.

that can be addressed using LOE.

thanks for your reply.
as far as i have read, CIC needs PCC and medicals even for non accompanying spouse. What if they asks me this? I cannot provide any documents for my husband.

@scylla knows better, but I have heard you can provide LOE for this.
