How to get work permit for 3 years experienced IT professional in Canada

Hi,

I am a 3 years experienced IT professional,an indian citizen, 25 yrs old.I want to work in Canada.I have consulted with many agents and they all say that thr easiest way is to go canada on student viza,graduate again rrom there and apply for work permiy then.

is there any way for me to find a job for myself and work in Canada on the basis of my qualifications and work experience only instead of studying there again.
