Hi

I am looking to apply for Canada PR and need help in understanding how to get VTU documents attested from belgaum. ( Bangalore office has been closed ) . Basically for WES authentication. Please help me to know how you were able to get the VTU documents attested and other steps post that. Would be really helpful
