How to get visa stamping from india

Hi everyone,I got my work permit refused twice due the reason that I didn’t continuously study full time in canada, so I came back to india. After coming back to india I sent a web form showing some additional proofs that I did study full time in canada,they approved my application send a work permit to my address in Ottawa. I dnt know what to do now as I am not in Ottawa. What is the process for visa stamping ?

You don't get a visa stamp for a work permit. You get a piece of paper.

You didn't inform them that your address changed.

If you do not have a current valid TRV, you need to apply for a TRV. Typically, you would include the work permit approval letter as part of the documentation for your purpose of visit.

Have you asked at the address you lived in Ottawa if anyone has received your work permit? You may need to ask IRCC to re-send it to you in India.

When i am applying for the second time I did the application through an immigration consultant. And this application went to his address. He mailed a scanned copy to me but i dnt know whether I can use this copy?

What are the chances of rejection for visitor visa if I tell them I already have a work permit and it is in canada?

Since you can apply online and everything is scanned in online, a scan of the permit should suffice to apply for a TRV online.
