Is there any particular format for getting the Reference Letters Required for Express Entry (FSW)?

How many references are required ?
Do we need then in the beginning or on request ?

The requirements for the job offer (required since the beginning of the process as you need LMIA ) are the same as the current ones. Review the document checkilst. Reference letters are not needed. You must have letters CONFIRMING your work experience . CIC cares less if you were punctual, hardworker or whatever a reference letter can say.
