Hello Friends, need some information on getting the OINP point to new EE profile. I got my OINP points in December and got ITA in the same week . So I have submitted all my documents including the PC and Medicals on Dec 24th 2015. Yesterday CIC rejected and cancelled my profile saying the havn't kept the Australian Driver license history. I never got a license or driven in Australia so I thought not required . MY Queries are :
1. Can I recreate a new EE profile and reuse the same OINP points? or I need to go through same process OINP and pay 1500 $?
2. And there is time period is there to recreate the EE profile or to use the OINP points.

Applicants who are unable to provide a Traffic History or a Full Licence History Search must provide evidence, issued by the Queensland and/or Victoria roads authority, stating that they have never held a driver’s license in that state[/i][/i].

Send a mail to OINP (ontarionominee@ontario.ca) after creating a fresh EE profile informing them of the refusal and request them to transfer the nomination to your new EE profile.

Nominations are typically valid for 6 months. Recommend that you create an EE profile right away.
