How to get pcc for spouse if currently residing in canada

Hi all,
I recently got the ITA from cic.

I am residing in india and my spouse is living in canada on a work visa after her studies.

I have to submit a pcc for both of us.
But I am stuck at the pcc for my spouse.

What should I do?

Does she has to get pcc from Canada or from india and if she is living in Canada how the pcc will come through in india?

I am hoping to get some answers here.

She needs to obtain PCC from Indian consulate in Canada.

I am on SP in Canada and my spouse kids back home country and I am submitting EE profile
Can you help me on a similar issue.
1) are you the primary applicant in india or your wife in Canada?
2) secondly if you apply as a family, where should you submit the documents if residing in 2 different countries?
will really appreciate your input in detail.
