I really need a piece of advice and I think a lot of people here was in my situation.
I need to send my passport to visa office that is not in my country. So the visa office is abroad. Sending passport is not a problem - I can do it with DHL or UPS. But how can I get it back then? Can I somehow pay the return envelope in DHL and ask VO to use it? I'm not sure if visa officer will call to DHL and order a delivery even it's prepaid.

have you received your passport request letter? if so, then there will be instructions provided for how to send it, and how to include a pre-paid envelope for them to return the passport. if you have not received a passport request letter yet, there is no reason to send your passport anywhere. wait for the request, and follow the directions in the letter.
Hi alexfaraon,
The VO sent it back to my husband with DHL and he paid DHL directly.
I guess they can do it, no matter the country.
Anyway as CDNPR said, they will also send you all instructions.

First of all, I have not yet received PPR, but I believe it would be as soon as possible, because my wife as a principal applicant received a letter where said that I will soon receive PPR.
My visa office is in Warsaw, Poland. And I'm not from India.
Why am I asking in advance? Because when I receive PPR I will have no time to investigate ways how to send. I just want to be prepared.
