how to get originals back from VO ..urgent !

Dear Memebrs,
i am in urgent need of my original documents that I sent to CIC with the initial application .I dont know how to ask them back.
I have done my meds in August 2012.I asked LVO in CSE to retuen them after 3 CSEs they replied they dont have the originals and maybe were taken out at the initial processing stage that took place in canada )the PER stage).
Now hw can i contact the Nova scotia ppl...
I would highly appreciate ur help.

I don't understand. Why did you send your originals? All documents should only be copies (except Medicals/PCC/LanguageExam).

well thats nt the issue here....now that i sent how to get them back.

and well i sent originals cuz of mnay reasons..there were attestation issues for the documents since my education is all done in london...and the pakistani embassy wudnt attest any foreign credentials..u see...i hd no option then to send originals.i m in KSA now.

Send and email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca

with CC to London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca to tell ur situation.

I did it and got my docs back from LVO, within 15 days.
