How to get New Born Baby PR born in India

Hi Friends,
I got Canada PR in 2012 and mooved to Canada in Aug 2012 with my family. Due to some reasons we came back to India in Sept 2012.
In Dec 2012 i am blessed with daughter in India

Now I am going to Canada permanently in June 2014, but my daughter do not have Canada PR.

Please help me by following:

1. Can i apply for new born baby sponsership from India or i can apply from Canada only?
2. What forms I need to fill?
3. How much time it takes to get new born baby PR?

Is anyone in this forum who had same situation and got new born baby PR recently?, if yes then please share your mail id on mandeep.loomba@gmail.com

1) As you are a PR, you must reside in Canada to sponsor. Sorry...

3) Impossible to say... Every Visa Office is different, and the times keep changing.

You might wish to see if you can take your child with you as a visitor, in which case you will need to apply for a visa from your local visa office.

2. Is Medical certificate required in this age?
3. As I am mooving to Canada next month and i dont have Canada income proof details, hence; is income proof detail require to attach?

2) Yes
3) Yes, but you may have to provide whatever is locally available to you such as pay slips/tax records etc. There is no minimum income requirement but you will need to show that you are capable of being a viable sponsor. Add a letter to the application detailing the evidence you are providing and what it signifies.

You might wish to see if you can take your child with you as a visitor, in which case you will need to apply for a visa from your local visa office.

Yes and if CIC refuses the visa for baby (which is possible), then OP will still need to return back to Canada to do the PR application. In this case the baby will need to stay in India while app is processed, with mom or other family. OP will only be able to visit occasionally back to India during processing, and has to officially reside in Canada during entire time.

Time to sponsor children is a little bit longer than for spouses, so should expect somewhere around 9+ months or so for New Delhi office. Even if 1 parent needs to stay behind in India, they should be ok for PR residency obligations if they only left in Sept 2012.

Actually, if the TRV is denied, the child may well be eligible for a TRP instead...

No. You do not need a co-signer for your childs sponsorship.
