How to get my Original Passport Back from Canada High Commission, New Delhi

Dear Sir, I have applied for a Canada Visitor Visa in December 2019 and got refused in February 2021. But I haven't got my Original Passport back from High Commission yet....
So Please suggest how would i get my original Passport Back from the Embassy...
Please help me out Sir/Mam

I did sir but all the time i have got an auto-generated reply....i though it might because of Covid-19 situation, I have recently contacted VFS global & Canada Embassy New Delhi (general inquiry Email) but result was same....Auto-generated Reply.
Please suggest me possible way or process if there any.....
