How to get job offer java with NMS experience

Hi
I am from India, with IELTS score of 7.0 R =8, L = 6.5, W=6.5,S=6.5. I have nearly 14 years of experience in full stack java application development. I am software engineer with Masters, currently employed in India. What are the immigration options available to me?

Note it is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside Canada unless someone has unique skills not available in the country. Employers are reluctant to support a job application through the LMIA process both from a cost to them and the time it takes with no guarantees at the end .Express Entry or Provincial Nomination programs are better options.
