Hi,
I recently received my ITA and as part of new eAPR, I need to upload upfront medical exam report for myself as well as dependent.
The nearest hospital personnel says that to perform medical exam, main applicant may or may not have IME number but dependent applicant must have IME number issued by CIC/ Visa office to perform medical exam.
Could you please let me know how can I get the IME number for myself and /or for dependent applicant.

I have had the same issue too... there was a new law recently and everyone was confused...
Just tell the hospital that you are an ExpressEntry Candidate with ITA.
They will allow you and your dependent to do Upfront Medical Exams.
Once the exams is completed, the doctor will give you an Acknowledgement Form containing the IME number.
Each person will have an Acknowledgement Form with a unique IME number.
You will have to scan and upload it on CIC afterwards.
