How to get direct contact with employer for job in Canada?

Hi my name is Mahesh I've been searching job in Canada recently I got cheated by a local consultant asked for money and I paid now they are not responding to my calls or email.....
Most of the website or consultant asking of 500dollars or 300 dollars for registration fee do believe such people coz I've been cheated,,.......can anyone suggest me to get a direct contact with the employer who hires from foreign.

Go on Canadian job sites and apply for jobs that are open to those who don’t have work authorization. So only look at LMIA jobs. Get ECA and IELTS completed.
