i already have PR from spouse and to work in montreal one of the employer needs csq along with PR.So how can i obtain csq after PR as a work requirements.

You don't need a csq. Your employer is robbing you of your rights by denying you employment for this reason. Once you have PR, you can work anywhere. (provided you fulfill the job requirements)

you have it already, ask your spouse to send it to you even if I don't think he has the right to ask for a csq if you have a PR unless you don't know what is a PR
