I want to know the process and list of applications/documents required to apply closed work permit from employer after NB province nominated.
Currently i have open work permit (which i got from my spouse who is having closed work permit). So now want to get closed work permit. I have applied PR through NB PNP employer support stream. Province nominated and still waiting for PR application number.

In the NBPNP employer support documents list, i can see Request an R204(c) Letter of Support form, i think we need to submit this letter with employer compliance fee paid by employer. please let me know if i am wrong.

copy of your current work permit (if applicable)
copy of passport showing the passport number, date of issue and expiry, the photo, name, date and place of birth
written request from IRCC (if applicable)
travel documents affirming legal status in Canada (if applicable)

1) In the above list, Could you please confirm that "Signed employer contract" needs to take from employer ?
2) Can we apply for both mine (closed work permit) and my spouse (open work permit) at the same time ??
