Received ITA in April, it just expired since I couldn't get the paperwork together in time. I received a CIC message telling me I could get back in EE pool by accessing my profile, updating and resubmitting. But I can't figure out how to do this, the CIC website is insanely user-unfriendly. All it allows me to do is "View Submitted Application", but then I can't update anything in the profile. Has anyone dealt with this issue, some help would be very much appreciated, thanks!
