I have applied for a student visa to study in Canada according to the dates of my old LOA which is the January 2021 intake, Due to Covid19, I deferred to September intake 2021. so the visa got processed on the old dates. I can only travel in September 2021 and it will still be valid for another 4 months as it will end by 30th December 2021.
Now, I need to apply for my minor child's study permit. Can I use my new LOA? Will she get the validity of her stamping according to my new LOA? Or shall I wait and apply after 4 months?
When should I extend my visa?
