I was born in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan and now I have to get my Birth Certificate made. I searched and I guess NADRA doesnt provide this service anymore. I have to leave for Canada soon as I am working there. Can someone please tell me how can I get my Birth Certificate?

birth certificate has nothing to do with marriage and name change ...
birth certificate need to be with the name of her father.
but yes, u ll need to get a name change certificate from notary public, they usually make it for 100-150 Rs. It will include the name before marriage and after marriage.

Can anyone guide me whether birth certificate is an integral document at the time of applying?
My application is ready to send except the birth certificate of my spouse is missing. I will get the birth certificate by July 10. Should I send the pack without birth certificate or wait for the same till July 10th.
My only worry is if they come back to me after a month by returning back that the application is not complete then I will be lost as my IELTS would be expire by that time.
