To get an 8 in speaking, you should try to watch a lot of English News Channels, try to understand everything that is said and practice the way they speak......................this should help you

Speaking is all about confidence. So in order to build confidence practice speaking in front of a mirror - pick up any topic you think you are comfortable with and start speaking about it. When it comes to the content and what you're going to say will depend on how much have you read, how updated you're about current affairs and about different fields (different from your background).
