Hi,

How do I find out if I have given biometrics before?

I was issued a visitor visa last November 2017. Does this mean I have give my bio metrics before?

I have been to the site, but I dont know which answer to select because I dont know if I have give or not given my biometrics in the past.

How can you not remember giving biometrics? What country are you from?

Did you go to the consulate and did they ask you to place your fingers on a scanner?

Am from the Philippines. I can't remember because it was 3 years ago....would it be safe to just have my biometrics collected again?

As of now, I assume I have given it before because IRCC website says that it is mandatory to give biometrics to get a visitor visa. If I have been issued a visa, that means I have given my bio metrics before, right?

Will I encounter issues if I say I have given before, but during review, IRCC does not find any biometric details on their side?
