How to find employer in canada

Hello everyone.
I am looking where i can find employer in Canada can help me get working visa (contract)
Or if someone can advise me how i can apply for experience worker visa.
I want to immigrate to Canada with my family looking for good future for them but i am not graduated but i have over 15 years working experience in my field and my english language is perfect.
