How to find an employer???

Hi, I was wondering how do people find an employer who is willing to apply and get a work permit for them?

Hi Lara, just check canadian job sites according to your profession & write for foreigners.

what do you mean by foreigners?
is there special option for foreigners.

As i See you are not canadian .
So All the other nationality who is looking for job is a foreigner.
Also there is no such class as foreigner.
Check the CIC web site respectively.

Thanks, I know most of those sites and was looking for a year or two. but didn't succeed so far.
