How to fill IMM5562 - Supplementary Travel Information Form

LVO has asked us to fill IMM5562 - Supplementary Travel Information Form. The only travels were between the country of citizenship and the country of residence (Canada). I believe we don't need to mention these trips, but just would like to confirm with anyone who has experience with/knowledge of this form.
