How to fill IMM0008

Hi,
i am filling the form IMM0008 (Additional dependent), to add my new born baby in my sponserd application. I will send this application in Mississauga office. I need help about this

1) They asked the UCI (is this the same one send by Islamabd office) the question number is 3 in the form.

2) in question 12 they asked the (Dependent Child). (for this one three opition given), Type A Child Type B Child Type C Child

so what does mean of these type. which should i select.

3) how much fee should i pay for the new born baby, and how i can pay this.

4) when i sponserd my wife for immigration (June-2011) we have only one kid. it is our second one. At time of application i pay the fee 700$. is that the landing fee including in this one, if not then who much i have to pay for my family.

1. They have to assign the child his own UCI. The form should go to Islamabad NOT CPC-M, since it is not a separate application, you are adding him to the previous application already submitted.
2. The Guide to Immigrating (3999) should be read for assistance, as it explains the Dependent Types. Your baby is a Type A: under 22 with no common-law partner or spouse (obviously).
3. $150 for the additional child. Pay it the same way you paid the previous fees.
4. That $700 was $75 (sponsor fee) + $475 (principal applicant fee/your wife) + $150 (dependent child fee). You still need to pay $490 for your wife's RPRF, and depending on the age of your first child, $490 for him/her as well. The baby will not need to pay RPRF.

My first child is less then 3 years old and new born baby is right now 9 months old. Actucally i did not know that i have to inform to MIssissauga office also. I already inform in Pakistan office.

my wife received a letter from Pakistan office and they advice her to inform in mississauga office as well. when i called in mississauga office they adviced me to fill out the following forms,

1) a new Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking form (IMM 1344) completed by the sponsor and if applicable, the co-signer;

2) a new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) without supporting documents, if the application is still at the CPC in Mississauga, Ontario;

3) a new Financial Evaluation form (IMM 1283) completed by the sponsor and the co-signer, if adding a co-signer;

and the add-on request including:
your client identification (ID) number;
a letter of explanation;
a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship; and
the proof of payment.

in IMM 1283 many complecation even they mention if ur income is less then the expected then no need to apply. so please advice me what should i do now. either i should simply inform the mississauga office with the prove of payment. or i should fill out all the forms.

i am soo confused they already take the 16 moths and still they put me on hold. me and my wife is really upset about this situation.

If you read the Guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp#3900E7) it says:

If there are any changes to your family status such as:
. marriage;
. divorce;
. births;
. deaths; or
. any other important information.

Then...
inform us immediately by email at
CPCM-EXTCOM @ cic.gc.ca
Note: Clearly state your name, date of birth and Universal Client Identification (UCI) or file number which is found at the top of the acknowledgment letter, if you received one from CPC-M.
