I have one question regarding the FBI cover letter.
In the cover letter these are the fields:
Requestor name:
Requestor address:
Attention Record Request:
I, ________________________, am requesting a criminal history background check for personal review pursuant to 28CFR§16.30-16.34. Please mail the
results of the check to the following address: -------
What should I write in the requestor name field? Should I write my own name since I am asking it myself. Or should I write Canadian CIC name and address. And I guess I have to write my own name and address in the sentence "I,........, am requesting........"
Read the complete sentence ... I ......... am requesting a criminal history background check for personal review ..
if it is CIC, then how it will be personal review ? ? Also, how CIC will be a 'I' ? ? Will any organization call itself 'I' ?
Don't think too much, and take it easy .. it's a straight forward form, fill you name ..
