Many are beginning their studies online this fall, for them IRCC has said, they are eligible to complete their entire 8 to12 month program from outside canada. But then what about our study permit extension, can we apply for it from my home country. i have read on canada.ca that we need new LOA for second study program if we want to keep our status as student. What would be the right time to apply for new LOA if we want to apply for study permit extension from home country?
