I was in Canada from june 2009 till the end of 2011 studying. While I was in Canada I extended my student visa once and it expired July 2011, after that I tried to extend it but was refused and the reason was I didn't satisfy the employer and I think because my transcript in college was not good. Is there any way to satisfy them?
- I still have valid study permit will expire Nov 2012.
- I left the first week of 2012 Canada and now i'm in USA but I want to go back and study there.
What I want to know:
1- Is there any way to satisfy them?
2= Do I still can enter Canada with a valid study permit but expired visa?
With a valid study permit you can re-enter Canada from United States without requiring temporary resident visa.
The reason you mentioned "I didn't satisfy the employer " does not make any sense as it can be for refusal in case of extension in off-campus work permit but not for extension in study permit.
You have study permit expiring in Nov. 2012 so you can re-enter Canada from United States. Once in Canada, if you meet the requirements of study permit, you can apply for one.
