please let me know that how can I exchange my UK licence to Canadian(Toronto).

I have 5 year old UK licence, please let me know which licence (grade) I would get and how much it will cost!!

You can exchange it for an Ontario driver's licence. The type of licence you can get depends on your driving experience you have in UK. UK has a reciprocal agreement with Ontario for driver's licence.

what kind of experience certificate is required from UK,

I was not doing a driving job...I use my car for work and leisure...

Just call dvla and ask them to send you driving history, plus get letter from insurance company and any old policies if you got.
